1. Free Cancellation

You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time with no charges.

We recommend contacting us as early as possible to avoid service adjustments.


2. Cancellation Within 24 Hours

If the cancellation happens within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a small cancellation fee may apply to cover:

  • Vehicle allocation

  • Labour arrangements

  • Time and resource blocking

The final charge will depend on the type of service booked.


3. No-Show or Last-Minute Cancellation

If our team reaches your location and the service is cancelled on arrival, a visit charge may apply.

5. Refunds

If an advance payment was made and the cancellation is before 24 hours, the refund will be processed within 3–5 working days (if applicable).

You can reschedule your service at no extra cost, if done before the 24-hour window.
